We are looking for a creative and strategic marketeer, with a deep understanding of the French market and its cultural, social and political landscape. You will develop innovative brands campaigns, relevant partnerships, activations and experiences that play into our brand values and connect with our consumers across paid, owned, and earned.
Known for our fast pace, integrated and outside-the-box marketing and ambitious creative projects, we are looking for a dynamic self-starter to further fuel our growth in France. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of the French cultural landscape (e.g., emerging trends, brands and individuals to watch).This individual will be a key member of a robust cross-functional marketing organisation and leverage the vast resources of our global network, across varying marketing disciplines to set us up for long-term success in France.
What you’ll do Strategic Marketing & Communications Management Lead execution of go-to-market strategy developed to support Swiprr’s position in France Create and execute a 360 marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and growth and ensure unique brand positioningLead the building and execution of content development plans across owned, earned and paid channels.Identify uniquely local marketing opportunities and brand partnerships aligned with business priorities (major events, seasonal moments, etc.) and deliver campaigns or activations against them.Manage a network of agency partners to develop integrated campaigns (briefing, providing strategic feedback, production).Act as campaign POC for stakeholders across the business globallyAnalyse consumer and audience insights to translate them into marketing activations and strategies. Monitor, analyse and measure the effectiveness of brand and consumer marketing initiatives to develop insights and make recommendationsEffectively communicate different strategies and plans to external creative agencies.
Cross-functional relationships within
Work closely with other marketing and business-wide teams to achieve commercial goals. Partner with regional leads in Europe on EMEA-wide campaigns and strategies. Partner with the internal creative teams and external agencies to plan, manage, and oversee the execution of brand marketing deliverables.Work closely with strategy & insights team to gauge changing customer aspirations to continually review and refresh communication strategies to ensure we stay relevant to customers and strengthen our brand equity to them accordingly.

Requirements
A track record as a senior marketing and communications executive with direct experience leading highly visible integrated marketing campaigns in the French market Exceptional strategic communication skillsAbility to market the brand effectively in both English and French Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsDeep experience leading strategic integrated marketing campaigns, application of research/insights, brand strategy, brand positioning, channel & comms planning, and campaign measurement & reportingStrong budget and project management skills, attention to detail and communicationCommitment to high creative standards and pushing for constant innovation.Comfortable working in global organisational structure
